Game 318, endless reinforce

Game 318, I end attacks, and then try to end turn because I'm not planning on reinforcing. But the window continues to read "Reinforce your regions" after multiple end turn clicks. So I make a reinforcement (this is a 1 reinforce game, btw), and the reinforcement happens, but the window still says "reinforce your regions". So I try it again, and the army moves to the new region, except when the game refreshes, it's back to its old state (after the first, legit reinforce). The turn itself seems to be refusing to end.
