Why is it that when the first person to go in a game doesn't take their turn it can take up to 25 minutes for the turn to go to the next player?

Or longer! Check out THIS ONE. Didn't realize until 3 weeks in that the game had started and frozen 
(If you click on record you see Game on 10/31, first turn ended 11/24)
But there is a simple fix - just click the "Jump to Next" button in the top left, and magically the next turn will begin. By the way, anyone can click "Jump to Next" from the game page and it will advance, not just a participant. Works 100% of the time.
Your browser will jump to the next game, so just hit the back button, or hit the browser's "Stop" button, and then click the browser "Refersh".
