Enhancement: larger buttons on pop-up window

I've had a few misdeployments occur because I seem to be clicking through the attack/deploy/reinormce pop-up window, selecting the territory underneath. if you miss the very small increase/decrease troop count arrow buttons by just a pixel you close the window and select the region below - repeatedly click fast fast enough and you open the window for that region.

Making the up and down arrow buttons bigger would be a relatively easy and much appreciated fix.

I can easily make them taller, but their width, I dont even know how to change without writing a custom control. Is it their width, height, or both you want bigger?
