Can I archive news? (and get my Inbox to 0)

Thanks for the heads up in the recent news that I found in my MajCom mailbox. Keep up the good work!

But now I want to archive or at least flag as read that news item. How do I do that? It seems I can only delete the message? And even after having read the item, my inbox still stays at Inbox: 1 (see picture). How do I get it to 0 without having to discard the News item?

Just click the x in the top right corner of the news item.

sorry, just read your post again. currently there is no way to archive it. I can post news items in a thread for reference. we have a bunch of changed to the msg center in the works, will look into archive news items.

Archiving in a thread in the forums seems a good idea. I'll click the x to get my 0.
