Are medals automatic

looking at the medals of others I see some that hit benchmarks that hit them without medals myself included, and others with them with the medals.

its also possible medals have changed but just wondering...i looked everywhere for similar info

yes they are automatic, but there are some bugs when implementing newer medals. working those out. which bench marks are you talking about?

Yeah, I still haven't received any consecutive turn medals...I've only missed probably 2 or 3 turns total.

seems like you got them, leutenant and cudo20 wasnt there at the time. Robinette also didnt get leutenant medal at time of posting, and Im not sure she has it yet and got there before me

the important thing is you know its a bug, I wasnt as worried about the medals as much as that it seemed like something wasnt working

oh, and like zsp, no consecutive turn medals, and while not being sure, I dont think ive missed any...though there may have been one real time game I screwed up on.

Haven't gotten the 20 consecutive defeated opponents medal yet haha. I figured it just may be a bug. I don't really care about the medal, but more or less that it is known that medals aren't being awarded immediately.

so i have 4 medals, but i really don't know what they mean,,,
well, except the one that say says 50 consecutive turns, THAT one i understand..

it would be nice if they were clickable, or if they were labeled as well as the 50 turn one...

I'll have to double check, but I don't think there is such a medal. There is a 20 Consecutivr UNIQUE Defeated Opponents medal, which is much harder to manufacture - and when I finally got mine it came pretty quickly so I'm thinking the system is automated - but with some lag time as things update.

It is automatic and usually instantaneous. If the rule engine is too busy to award the medal instantaneously, it will get placed on a backup queue and awarded within the next 24 hours.

There is a known bug with the consecutive turns medal.

how long does it normally take for a medal to update to your page once you have earned it?
