Hi team - I haven't played in years and want to get back into the game. Came back and my account is banned, but the email to unban bounces. I reached out to private support with no luck either. Any one got a suggestion?

All emails right now say they don’t send but they do, not positive about private support emails, but check sent to verify.

I have posted to a private support forum and got no reply either. I don't want to create a separate account lest I get banned. HELP
